The eight-story structure will include 30 one-bedroom, 18 two-bedroom, and 17 three-bedroom units, with 19 parking spaces and 64 bike spots. It will offer 100% affordable housing for 55 years, costing $61.3 million, including $4.4 million in HOME-APR funds for 17 units reserved for homeless households.
