CRP Affordable Housing and Community Development is developing 430 West Wall Apartments, a 78-unit affordable housing community in Imperial, California. Designed to serve large families and agricultural workers, the project will provide much-needed workforce housing in the Imperial Valley. In partnership with Community Revitalization and Development Corporation (CRDC) and Life STEPS, the development will offer resident services and long-term housing stability while supporting the region's growing housing needs. 430 West Wall Apartments reflects CRP's continued commitment to expanding affordable housing opportunities in underserved California communities.
