  • Pardes 2 is the final phase of a two-part project delivering 236 affordable housing units in Elk Grove, CA. Set to provide 140 units for households earning 30% to 70% of AMI, it will include two new buildings with surface parking. Eight units are reserved for those at risk of homelessness, with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Tenants will have access to community spaces and nearby schools, healthcare, parks, and transit.
