Konocti Gardens, a 102-unit Low Income I Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) development offers a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units in five three-story garden-style residential buildings. California Department of Housing and Community Development provided financing through the Joe Serna, Jr. Farmworker Housing Grant Program. There are 36 LIHTC units reserved to serve agricultural employees and their families. Konocti also received 11 Section 811 project-based vouchers.
