  • A new seven-story development in Uptown, Council District 3, will offer 97 affordable rental units for households earning 30% to 60% of San Diego’s AMI ($36,400 to $90,900 annually, for 2023) and one manager’s unit. The project includes a 55-year affordability term and features on-site amenities such as supportive service offices, a community room, playground, rooftop patio, and computer room. The first level will be parking (18 spaces), with residential units and amenities on the second level, and six additional residential levels above.
